So...
Now that I've finished my novel, there's nothing to do for the next month until I can edit. September 24th, here I come! I heard it's best to look at a manuscript with "fresh eyes", so that's what I'm going to try. Besides, I need a bit of an ego to stand school on Wednesday, so no "GODTHISSUCKS!" before then.

And since I've got a lot of extra time on my hands, I've decided to try and start a comic type thingie about Dark Sith Lord's oh-so-interesting adventures in the human world. He's also decided to try and take over the world, wonder how that's going to turn out. He's featuring in a lot of my to-do list, actually. Like:

- spork part 1 of chapter 1 of dmhgfanatic's cruel fic
- attempt page 1 of ole Sithy's "adventures" ('cause my life's boring)
- attempt a CG painting of him
- andandand draw him several dozen times so that I can frickin' get his hair right for more than just the Comma! comic. :)

'Kay. I'm done talking to myself.

So originally I was just going to make a large "COMMA!" sign...but then something struck me...

Excuse the crappiness for the reasons below:

Drawing time: five minutes
Inking time: five minutes
Photoshop editing: five minutes with a mouse

So this is my fifteen minute homage to the comma, or rather, lack thereof.

I was GOING to draw Dark Sith Lord in his cloak and wonderful black clothing, but I got lazy (as you can see). I don't think he'll ever really forgive me for it.

A while ago (okay, two seconds ago) I was reading a LJ post on one of my friends' journal. She talked about what she wanted to do with her life, and I realized that I had goals in my life too. Don't ask how I didn't know that before, my mind works in strange ways.

Before I die I want to:
- get into Princeton University to study medicine
- publish several books (hopefully bestselling books :D)
- travel throughout the world learning about different cultures (ex. Egypt and/or Africa in general, France, Germany, England, Italy, Spain, Russia, China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Tibet, Australia, Austria, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Taiwan, Holland, etc.)
- learn to speak fluent French, Chinese, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Latin, Russian, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Swahili, and Portugese
- do well in school (which means actually studying T__T)
- get a degree in medicine and hopefully go into surgery
- work for Doctors Without Borders for a few years for experience
- write a book about that experience
- and win a Nobel Prize in Literature (okay, so maybe that one's a bit far-fetched, but I can dream, can't I?)
- master violin, and maybe piano?
- master fencing, horseback riding, and some form of martial art
- which brings me to learning to draw decently
- have people know me as "that person who does good things for the world"
- do something good for the world
- be remembered for doing that good thing in the world
- acquire an apartment in New York City to stop in, drop off my bags, chill out for a few days, and head off again
- become well-versed in literature (which means reading. A lot. ex. that whole shelf of classic literature I should get around to one day)
- get my life back into order
- stop trying to find shortcuts to finish things I don't want to do. Shoddy work=more work
- be more honest with myself
- be good at something other than writing. Seriously, it's kind of lame.

S'yeah. Short list, isn't it? There's more, but these are really the bigger points. XD
